These terms apply when you use afateamai.com or an AfaTeam AI workspace. By using them you agree to these terms.
The service
AfaTeam AI designs, deploys and manages AI agents and virtual AI offices for businesses. The exact scope, agents, integrations and limits of your plan are confirmed in your proposal.
Pricing and payment
Prices on the website are in US dollars per month. Third-party costs such as AI model usage and tool subscriptions are listed separately in your proposal. Plans renew monthly unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Human oversight
AI agents can make mistakes. Consequential actions such as payments, public posts and large data changes require approval from someone on your team. You stay responsible for decisions you approve.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, or to process data you have no right to process.
Liability
The service is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee that it is error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page and by email to active clients at least 14 days before they apply.
