What we collect

Contact requests: your name, work email, company, country, team size, website and the workflow you describe.

Account data: your email address and the workspaces, agents, tasks and approvals you create.

Cookie consent: an anonymous visitor ID, your choice, the time and your country, so we can respect your preference.

Why we use it

To reply to your request and schedule a discovery call.

To run your workspace, deliver the tasks you assign, and keep an audit log of approvals.

To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and improve it when you have allowed analytics.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Supabase (accounts and workspace data), Resend (email) and ElevenLabs (pre-recorded agent voices). They process data only on our instructions.

We never sell personal data, and one client's workspace data is never visible to another client.

How long we keep it

Contact requests are kept for up to 24 months. Workspace data is kept while your account is active and deleted or exported on request when it ends.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent at any time, by contacting us. We answer within 30 days.
